MSX Commands for philips nms-801

found a philips nms-801.
could someone tell me some commands of the "msx basic" so i can try how
basic works?
how cassetterecorder works? i have to type run "cas:" and then the recorder
starts. the cassette should be rewinded? how much time does it take to read
a full software from cassette?
